What is there to dislike about Shake Shack? Food is always ready when we get there. The burgers are always cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of seasoning. The fries are always perfect, and we love the chicken sandwich, it was so crispy last time, which is perfect. Everything was delicious though I prefer better to go wrapping.

Delicious burgers, shakes, and fries. You can order from the tables, and the food is brought to you. If tablets are not your style, you can order in person. What truly left a mark on our experience was the staff, who were all friendly and kind-hearted.

Food was very good. Service was very fast. James was very nice and helpful in the dining room! He got me my free refill and was very nice asking us about how everything was! Public restrooms available!

Great service! Got order taken right away and she was very nice. Cheese burger was delicious and fry were Amazing! Cherry blossom shake!! Very yummy! Went twice while in Indianapolis for the weekend!

We had a very positive experience at our last visit. The staff is very welcoming and it is clear that they prioritize customer needs. They worked together efficiently and had our meal to us within minutes and made sure to check in and attend to our every need. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to coming back.

Order came very quick! Food is still as good as it was when I first had it 5 years ago, but shrinkflation is real! Their buns are now ridiculously thin. The black truffle fries is worth it though!

I've heard a lot of good things about Shake shack I've done deliveries from Shake shack and really was curious about how good it was. I give this an absolutely a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this. It's a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I will definitely be back. I absolutely loved it.

I love shake shack burgers. It is a nice treat every so often. This location is pretty convenient for myself. Most of the time I do take out. However dining in is not too bad of an experience. A little on the upper price scale, sometimes it is worth it.
